1. Payment
All transactions are processed via Paypal in pounds sterling (£).
2. Shipping
We aim to ship your print within 3–5 working days. Prints are shipped first class Royal Mail for UK orders and International Standard for all overseas orders. Overseas shipments may be subject to additional import duties, please allow up to 21 days for overseas deliveries.
All international deliveries are sent tracked and signed. Tracking codes will be provided once item(s) have been shipped.
Postage and packaging costs vary depending on the print you are purchasing. Please refer to the individual postage and packaging costs on product pages. All items are suitably packaged in a heavy duty poster tube and wrapped in acid free tissue paper.
3. Guarantee
Every effort has been made to accurately describe the prints, however, the colours represented on your screen may differ from the true colours of the actual print.
4. Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase you may return items purchased. Items may be returned to us at your expense, The print must arrive in its original condition, and in its original packaging for a full refund (the cost of the original shipping, will be deducted).
Overseas import taxes cannot be compensated.
If your print becomes damaged during transit you must notify us as soon as possible.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or a refund under the following conditions:
The item is unused and in brand new condition.
A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
• Please contact [email protected] before returning your item.
5. Care
All our products are hand made using the highest quality materials and methods. Due to the nature of the processes used in manufacture there may be slight imperfections and colour variations between prints.
All prints are shipped rolled up in tubes, we recommend framing and hanging as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of creases in the print. Avoid displaying in direct sunlight as this may lead to colour fading over time.
6. Manufacture
All our prints are produced by London based, independent silk-screen printer and friend Dan Mather. Specialising in water-based printing Dan has established a reputation for producing high quality, technical editions.
7. Editions
Each edition is printed in a run of 100 individually hand number prints. Reprints of certain editions may become available in the future if there is sufficient demand.
